DESCRIPTION
Once upon a time there was a tower. One day some Jesuits who had decided to settle in the area decided to transform the old tower into a monastery, and to do so they enlarged and embellished it, so as to make it a worthy abode.
Years passed, time changed, the Jesuits went away and their monastery was purchased by a prince who changed it into a farm, fortified just in case – it might appeal to some brigand. The fact was that it was florid and rich, with a lot of land around it for growing crops and grazing animals. Sometimes the prince came out from the nearby town to spend some time on his country estate, bringing the family with him for a holiday. What better place?
There were woods and pools, hills and sharp mountains, a boundless sky over which the wind drove clouds like ships over a sea...

the map and the instructions
For arrived in the farm:
- from Palermo to Casale del Principe you must take S.S. 624
Palermo-Sciacca
and exit to San Giuseppe Jato (km 23.600);
- when you arrived in San Giuseppe Jato you meet at left petrol pump "ERG"
and in front of this road PERUGIA;
- to turn into a road and follow our signs.
-FROM AIRPORT FALCONE-BORSELLINO: superhightway direction Trapani and exit to Partinico;
- then take the street to San Cipirello.
-when you arrived to San Cipirello you meet at right wine house and to right the sign "Casale del principe"
-Follow our signs.
